A tragic accident took place near Khawa Pokhar on National Highway 730 in Ikauna police station area of Shravasti. A young man riding a bike was hit by a speeding DCM. Due to which the young man died tragically on the spot.

As soon as information about the accident was received, the police reached the spot and took the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem. At present the police is busy investigating and taking action in the case.
The deceased youth has not been identified yet
According to the information received, this accident happened when the young man was going from Bahraich towards Balrampur on his bike. Then the DCM coming from the opposite direction hit him. After this collision, the DCM driver fled from the spot along with the vehicle. The police is searching for him. The deceased youth has not been identified yet. But there is a possibility that he may be a resident of Gilula area.
