No filth will be seen in the city during Diwali. 20 QRT teams of Municipal Corporation are ready in the city and more than 500 officers and employees are handling the cleanliness system of the city. Even after this, if any irregularity is noticed then people can directly call the authorities.

Mayor Prashant Singhal and Municipal Commissioner Vinod Kumar have instructed the officials to keep a close watch on the cleanliness system in the city till Bhaidooj. Streets should be swept even at night and garbage should be collected by 9 am. So that the common people do not face any kind of problem. If any person complains at the control room, immediate action should be taken.
The city is being cleaned by dividing it into 4 zones.
From Dhanteras to the festival of Bhaidooj, 20 Quick Response Teams (QRT) of the Municipal Corporation will remain active in the city and will repair the arrangements ranging from cleanliness to closed street lights. Zonal officers and sector in-charges have been deployed in all 4 zones.
4 sector in-charges and 30 cluster in-charges have been deployed across the city. Along with these, QRT of 60 general employees and 450 sanitation workers has been made. The Municipal Corporation will clean the city even at night with 60 additional Tata tippers and 80 sanitation workers. 10 tractors, 5 loaders and 60 foggers will also be active in the city.
Water tankers parked at intersections
The risk of fire is highest during the festival of Diwali. In such a situation, water tankers will be stationed at various places in the city to assist the fire brigade. So that in case of any untoward incident, immediate assistance can be provided.
30 sensitive areas have been identified in the city, where these water tankers will be parked. In this, water tankers will be parked on major roads, religious places, major markets and densely populated areas of the city. So that if any accident occurs, it can be dealt with immediately.

The Municipal Commissioner has divided the city into 4 sectors according to the police station. This includes Civil Lines and Quarsi police station area in Sector 1. Tax Assessment Officer RP Singh has been made its in-charge officer. His mobile number is 6399883870.
Sector-2 includes the areas of Quarsi, Mahuakheda and Gandhipark. Tax Superintendent Bechan Singh has been made in-charge of its sector. His mobile number is 9454590336.
Sector-3 includes the area of police station Sasnigate and police station Kotwali Nagar. Its sector in-charge is Deputy Municipal Commissioner Amit Kumar and his mobile number is 9454022022.
Sector-4 includes the area of Dehligate and Rorawar police stations. Assistant Municipal Commissioner Veer Singh has been made in-charge of its sector. His mobile number is 9910633645.
