Deepotsav program was celebrated at the District Stadium of Kaushambi on Wednesday evening. Officials and players together welcomed the festival of lights with about 10 thousand lamps and wished happiness for everyone.

The grounds of the District Stadium sparkled with the lights of lamps in the evening. As soon as the sun subsided, the players lit lamps and illuminated the stadium. Where ASP Rakesh Singh, former sports officer Rustam Khan, SDM Akash Singh and other officers celebrated Prakash Parv with the players. Players gave sweets to each other and then illuminated the stadium with lamps. After visiting the stadium, it felt as if the stars from the sky had come down to earth.
During this, District Sports Officer Ravi Kumar Sharma, Games India Coach Sandeep Kumar, BJP District President Dharamraj Maurya, former Chail Sanjay Gupta, Bharwari Municipal Council President Kavita Pasi, Olympic Association District President Dr. Arun Kesarwani, BJP leaders Maheshlodhi, Alok Tiwari, Hublal. Diwakar, Lavkush Sharma, Bablu Garg etc. were present.
