The third and last match of the Test series between India and New Zealand is being played at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The third day’s play will start at 9:30 am on Sunday.
On the second day, Saturday, 2 November, New Zealand took a lead of 143 runs in the second innings. The team scored 171 runs at the loss of 9 wickets till stumps. Ejaz Patel is not out.
Earlier, Team India was all out for 263 runs in the first innings. The team could take a lead of only 28 runs over New Zealand. At the same time, New Zealand team had scored 235 runs in the first innings.

Jadeja took 4 wickets and Ashwin took 3 wickets, Young’s fifty Will Young scored a half-century in the second innings for New Zealand. He scored 51 runs on 100 balls. Apart from him, Glenn Phillips 26, Devon Conway 22, Daryl Mitchell 21 and Matt Henry scored 10 runs. The remaining 4 batsmen could not touch double figures.
Ravindra Jadeja took maximum 4 wickets for India in the second innings. He has taken 9 wickets so far in this match, he had taken 5 wickets in the first innings. Ravichandran Ashwin took 3 wickets. Akash Deep and Washington Sundar got 1-1 wicket.
Gill scored 90 runs in the first innings for India Team India was all out for 263 runs in the first innings. Shubhman Gill (90 runs) and Rishabh Pant (60 runs) scored half-centuries. Ajaz Patel took 5 wickets. On the first day, New Zealand was all out for 235 runs in the first innings.
