Mark Zuckerberg Dresses Up As John Wick For Halloween, But Gets Compared With Severus Snape From Harry Potter – News18

Many suggested a different wig might have captured John Wick’s essence more accurately.
Halloween at the Zuckerberg household was a mix of fun and creative costumes, with Mark Zuckerberg channelling his inner action star. The Meta CEO dressed up in a sleek black suit and tie, drawing inspiration from the iconic John Wick character, portrayed by Keanu Reeves. Joining him were his wife, Priscilla Chan, and their daughters, who looked adorable in ballerina outfits. While many praised Zuckerberg’s take on the look, others on social media couldn’t help but compare him to Severus Snape, the beloved character from Harry Potter, played by the late Alan Rickman.
Mark Zuckerberg nailed the classic black suit and even added bruises to look like Wick. But some social media users felt his wig missed the mark, leading to playful comparisons with Severus Snape.
Many suggested a different wig might have captured the assassin’s essence more accurately. Sharing photos, Zuckerberg captioned the post, “When your house full of girls decides to be ballerinas, be John Wick.”
Reacting to the post, one user wrote, “Keanu Zuckgustus is too much for my heart.”
Another jokingly asked, “Is that Severus?”
“You look like a good Severus Snape,” a comment read.
Another questioned, “You have so much money and you can’t buy a good wig?”
One individual stated, “Professor Snape dressed up as John Wick for Halloween.”
One more added, “Aimed at Keanu Reeves and hit Severus Snape.”
On Halloween, while Mark Zuckerberg transformed into John Wick, Aravind Srinivas, the CEO of Perplexity AI, turned heads by dressing up as Zuckerberg himself. Srinivas posted a photo on X(formerly Twitter), sporting Zuckerberg’s signature black T-shirt, jeans, dark sunglasses, and a silver chain — nailing the tech mogul’s iconic look. Adding a playful twist, Srinivas hinted at next year’s costume inspiration, writing, “Halloween costume. Next year I will do Sam. Congrats on the launch.”
Google celebrated Halloween in style by inviting employees to bring their pets dressed as their favourite characters. Among the crowd, Sundar Pichai stood out with his clever outfit choice — a black T-shirt that read, “Error 404: Costume Not Found.”
Social media users joined the fun and filled the comments section with hilarious reactions.
