Elderly man dies in high speed bike accident. Elderly man dies due to collision with speeding bike: Accident on Moradabad-Farrukhabad highway in Badaun, boy and girl seriously injured – Badaun News


In a road accident in Badaun, an elderly man died after being hit by a speeding bike, while a young man and a girl riding on the bike were also seriously injured. This incident took place near Gangoli village of Faizganj Behta police station area on Moradabad-Farrukhabad highway.

Event It is late Monday evening. A young man from Kotwali Bisauli area took a girl on his Apache bike and raced towards Chandausi at high speed. Meanwhile, near Gangoli village, an elderly man was parking his car to drink water from a hand pump installed on the roadside. As soon as the old man crossed the road, a speeding bike hit him. According to eyewitnesses, the elderly man was dragged along with the bike for about 20 meters.

Treatment of the injured continues

The young man and the girl riding the bike also fell and got injured in the accident. The youth has been identified as Ranjeet, a resident of Bisauli area. On the information of the police, the family members of the young man and the girl also reached the CHC. The girl’s family returned after seeing her, while the young man’s family admitted both of them to the district hospital with the help of the police. However, villagers say that there was a love affair between the two and both were going somewhere on bike without informing their family members. Police have informed the families of both the injured.

The elderly were residents of Bareilly.

The police identified the elderly man who lost his life in the accident on the basis of his car number. The deceased has been identified as Dr. OP Sharma, resident of Surya Inklab, Bareilly. SHO Faizganj Behta, Jawaharlal Verma said that the boy and the girl have also been identified, and there is no question of them being brother and sister. The police will now take further action based on the statements of the injured and their families.
