Chief Secretary took cognizance, bank opened on Sunday

Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh immediately took cognizance of the elderly person’s request for help. He contacted senior officials of the bank and gave instructions for immediate solution of the problem. On the instructions of the Chief Secretary, the bank was specially opened on Sunday and Sohanlal was given the money he needed.

Bank’s attitude, problems of the elderly

Sohanlal’s son Mukesh Kumar told that his parents had a joint bank account. After mother’s death, father needed money, but the bank required paperwork to withdraw money from the joint account. Even after submitting all the necessary documents, Sohanlal visited the bank for several days, but he could not get the money. Troubled by this, he registered his problem on the CM helpline on 26 October.

Relief received from CM helpline, thanks to the elderly

After the intervention of the Chief Secretary, the problem of the elderly was resolved within a few hours. Sohanlal expressed his gratitude to CM Yogi Adityanath and Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh for this help. He said that CM Helpline has given them relief by finding a solution to their difficulty.
