In Lucknow, a woman beat her dog badly with a stick. Due to which the dog’s leg was broken. When the neighbor woman protested, she asked to pay money for the treatment. Then later she retracted. An FIR has been lodged against the accused woman in Para police station.

Asmita Barla, living in Suryanagar of Para police station area, said that on October 13, a one-month-old small dog was roaming near the house. Meanwhile, Nishi’s mother, who lives in the neighbourhood, started beating the dog with a stick. One leg of the dog was broken due to the severe beating.

Dial 112 also reached the spot

Asmita said, seeing the dog in pain, she took it to the hospital, where X-ray revealed a fracture in its leg. After the treatment, she came home and asked the neighbor woman to pay the treatment expenses. Meanwhile, Doyle 112 was also called to the spot.

In front of the police, the accused woman assured to pay the treatment expenses. When the money was not given even after a few days, I talked to them. But he refused to pay the money.

Police registered a case

Inspector Para Brijesh Verma said that on the complaint of Asmita Barla, a case has been registered under the section of Cruelty to Animals Act. The case is being investigated. Strict action will be taken against the accused woman.
