Library Committee meeting was held in Lucknow University on Tuesday under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. Alok Kumar Rai.
Books written by teachers of Lucknow University will be given a separate place in the Tagore Library so that students will be able to read those books easily. Along with this, details of 1.5 lakh books of the library are being made online so that students can get information sitting at home.

Vice Chancellor Prof. Library committee meeting was held in Tagore Library on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Alok Rai. Honorary Librarian Prof. Keya Pandey said that in the meeting, there was discussion on putting on display the books of all those teachers currently working in the university, who have done the work of writing books. This will benefit the students studying in the campus.

The proposals that were approved in the meeting include bringing changes in e-resources, making new e-resources, data base and software available to teachers and students, arranging for such cupboards in the reading room in which books can be kept considering the current scenario.
