Shah Rukh Khan and his elder son, Aryan Khan, continue to make waves as they reprise their iconic roles in the upcoming animated film Mufasa: The Lion King. The duo first captured hearts when they lent their voices to Mufasa and Simba, respectively, in the original The Lion King film. Their return in this prequel, which is set to hit cinemas on December 20, has fans buzzing with excitement. Notably, Shah Rukh’s younger son, AbRam Khan, has also been brought on board to voice young Mufasa.
As the release date approaches, the Khans have been frequently spotted at a dubbing studio in Mumbai, making final adjustments to their characters. On November 5, Shah Rukh was seen exiting his sleek luxury car, eager to get to work. The Bollywood superstar opted for a relaxed yet stylish look, wearing a plain white shirt paired with blue denim jeans and sneakers. He completed his ensemble with a trendy cap and a bright blue watch.
Shortly after, Aryan Khan was photographed leaving the same studio. The aspiring filmmaker embraced a laid-back style, donning an oversized graphic tee from his own clothing brand, complemented by cargo pants and basic sneakers.
Just days earlier, Shah Rukh was seen at the dubbing studio accompanied by his entourage and manager. Aryan’s sister, Suhana Khan, was also spotted bringing her younger brother, AbRam, to the studio for his own dubbing session. The sight of Suhana looking out for AbRam melted hearts online.
Mufasa: The Lion King serves as a prequel to the beloved 1994 animated classic, offering fans a deeper look into the backstory of Mufasa. Alongside the Khan family, notable actors Shreyas Talpade and Sanjay Mishra are also set to lend their voices to the beloved characters Timon and Pumbaa in the Hindi version of the film.
