Patients coming from outside face more problems

Patients coming from outside have to face more problems. Patients coming from places like Etawah, Auraiya, Banda, Hamirpur, Ghatampur, Kanpur Dehat etc. first take hours to travel on the way. After this they have to stand in line to get the token online.

Caretakers have to face problems with the patients.

After getting the token, attendants have to wait in line for hours to get the prescription made, by the time the prescription is ready and in hand, it is time for the doctor to get up. In such situations, patients face a lot of problems. Didn’t have mobile, so didn’t make form

Shivraj, who came from Aurangabad district, told that we have allergies in our body. Due to not being educated, he does not have a mobile in his hand. Today when Hallett came to the hospital to show it, he refused to make the form saying that first bring the mobile. Due to lack of mobile, the form could not be made, now he is forced to go back to his home.

Came from 70 kilometers away and now stuck in line

Hari Pratap Singh of Kanpur Dehat said that people come here from a distance of 60-70 kilometers. After this, one has to stand in the queue for hours to get the token. When the token was received, it was put in the queue for the prescription. If you don’t have a smart phone, you don’t even get a token. After this, by the time the prescription is prepared, the doctor gets up and leaves, so how will the patient get treatment here.

New counters will be opened soon

Principal of Kanpur Medical College, Dr. Sanjay Kala said that 12 new counters will be opened soon. These counters could not open due to the imposition of code of conduct in the city. In this, 2 counters will be opened only for giving tokens. Apart from this, we have also written a letter to the government regarding making prescriptions online. If it starts then the line will reduce further.
