Allahabad High Court approved the conditional bail of Deen Mohammad, accused of embezzlement of Rs 41 lakh in the scholarship distribution of Meerut 13 years ago. The petitioner is accused of embezzling funds by showing distribution of Rs 41 lakh cash scholarship to children in Goodwin Harra and four other madrassas. It was said that the name of the petitioner is not in the FIR. On the information of the informer, a charge sheet has been filed against him. Whereas earlier the investigating officer had submitted the final report after not finding any crime of corruption. The Economic Offenses Organization again investigated. The advocate told the court that the bail of madrasa principal Umeed Ali and other three accused Sanjay Tyagi, Naushad Ali and Najma Parveen has been approved, the petitioner has not committed any crime. He has been falsely implicated. He has been in jail for almost two years. After the hearing, the court approved the bail of the petitioner with conditions.
