The court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur, MP-MLA Anuj Kumar Johar has summoned former Pratapgarh Apna Dal (S) MP Harivansh Singh, his MLA son Ramesh Singh and Durgesh Singh in a forgery case.

Summons against all three accused
This action was taken on the basis of the statements of civil court advocate Vinay Kumar Singh and other witnesses. The court has issued summons against the three accused, fixing the date of December 7.
The matter is of Olandganj locality of Kotwali area. Where advocate Vinay Kumar Singh has alleged that his father, advocate Rajendra Prasad Singh, had purchased house number 89/1 in Olandganj through a contract from Mohini Srivastava on August 14, 2006. Which is registered in the municipality.
Part of the complainant’s house was also sold together.
It is alleged that Harivansh Singh and his sons bought about 2,100 square feet of land around the house and by making forged documents, included a part of the complainant’s house in that area and sold about 3,400 square feet of land in the name of Lakshya Gupta.
Vinay Kumar Singh and his brother Dayashankar were present in Olandganj on May 29, 2021. Then former MP Harivansh Singh and his two sons brought JCB with seven-eight armed men. The house next to his house was demolished.
