The matter is of Atriya police station area. Here in village Neel of the police station area, woman Razia (35), wife of Kafiq, was cooking food inside the house late on Wednesday evening. It is said that during this time the kutcha room collapsed due to the explosion. Hearing the sound of this explosion, local villagers reached the spot and informed the police department about the matter.

After receiving the information, Atria police station in-charge Rohit Dubey, who reached the spot, removed the debris along with the police force and took the woman out, but by then the woman had died. Local villagers told that some time ago a cache of illegal firecrackers was recovered inside the house. Therefore, this was the reason why illegal gunpowder was being said to be the cause of the blast.

Excavation done with JCB CO Sidhauli Kapoor Kumar said that after thorough investigation by the police and excavation with JCB, a domestic gas cylinder has been recovered inside the house. Due to the explosion of this cylinder, the house got damaged and the woman died.
