A female patient came after 3 pm When Dainik Bhaskar reached the Trauma Center of the District Hospital, Dr. Parvez Ahmed was present as the Emergency Medical Officer and was preparing the police medical. After some time he talked to us and told – Similarly, on 6th November, police was conducting medical and it was 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Then some people brought a woman. When my colleague checked, his BP was 200/100.

Gave Lasex injection first Dr. Parvez Ahmed told- On this, Pradeep (ward boy) called me and after checking, I asked him to give Lasex injection. He got some relief after the injection. Then he said he had to go to the washroom. So my colleague said that BP has increased and he will have to go in a wheelchair. But she said okay and went to the washroom on foot.

Difficulty increased upon returning, breathing became labored He told that when the patient returned from there, after some time she vomited and started feeling short of breath. We were preparing the woman to administer fluid. But the woman started gasping. On this we gave him CPR but his condition did not improve. Meanwhile the women came and removed us from there. His attendant started saying that you have injected him with poison and started arguing.

Two boys came and started fighting, patient’s attendant saved him Dr. Parvez told – During this time two boys came and started fighting. They beat us and our colleague Pradeep and started vandalizing the emergency room of the hospital. During this time, two attendants of a patient from Ghazipur present in the emergency saved us and Pradeep. After that, they created ruckus and left from here with their patient.

An ambulance driver from Khajuri identified In this case, Dr. Parvez said that two boys who had come from outside were involved in the fight. The name of one of them is Chand Babu who is a resident of Khajuri and drives an ambulance. The other has not been identified. He said that many emergency patients come. 99 percent of patients who gasp die.

FIR has not been registered yet, SIC gave this answer When we asked why you did not lodge an FIR, Dr Parvez said – After the recent Kolkata rape case, the GO came that if any incident happens in the hospitals, then the head of the hospitals will lodge an FIR in the name of the hospital, but the SIC Told us to file a personal FIR. That’s why I did not lodge any FIR.

Where even today the constable was found using a mobile phone. Dr. Parvez Ahmed told that that day when we went to call the police, the policeman present there first said that he was not on duty. But after some time he came but by then everyone had gone.
