Regarding law and order in Ghazipur, Superintendent of Police Dr. Iraj Raja has transferred many police station chiefs of the district last night. This major reshuffle in the posting of police officers has created a situation of panic in the police department.

Major transfers made as part of the reshuffle

According to the orders of the Superintendent of Police, Police Station Head Biron Sanjay Kumar Mishra has been sent to the police line for non-district transfer. In his place, now SHO Karanda Bind Kumar has been given the responsibility of SHO Biron. Apart from this, Dinesh Chandra Patel has been transferred from Media Cell to Police Station Officer Karanda, while Police Station Officer Nagasar Halt Raju has been made the new Police Station Officer of Rampur Majha.

Other important changes

SHO Karimuddinpur Deepak Kumar has been given the responsibility of SHO Nagsar Halt. Police station incharge Rampur Majha Krishna Kumar Singh has been made incharge of police station Karimuddinpur, while police station incharge Suhwal Rajesh Kumar Tripathi has been made in-charge of UP 112. UP 112 in-charge Virendra Kumar has been posted as police station in-charge Suhawal.

Change in female police station chief also

Female police station in-charge Shashi Singh has been made in-charge of the women’s aid cell, while Neetu Mishra, in-charge of the women’s aid cell, has been given the new responsibility of the female police station in-charge.

After the end of the festivals, this major reshuffle made by the Superintendent of Police has created a stir in the police department. Officials believe that this step has been taken to further strengthen law and order.
