The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the ICC Players of the Month on Tuesday.
In the men’s category, Pakistani spinner Noman Ali has been declared Player of the Month, while in the women’s category, New Zealand’s Amelia Kerr has been given this award.
Noman took 20 wickets in the series against England Noman Ali took 20 wickets in the three-Test series against England in October. Kerr had performed brilliantly in the T20 World Cup. New Zealand all-rounder Amelia Kerr performed brilliantly in the T20 World Cup and played an important role in helping her team win. Kerr was player of the tournament. He took 15 wickets in 6 matches. Scored 29 runs and took four wickets in the match against Australia.
In the match against Sri Lanka, he scored 34 runs and took 2 wickets. Took 3 wickets for 14 runs against Pakistan. In the semi-final match against West Indies, he took 2 wickets for 14 runs.
In the final against South Africa, she was the team’s top scorer by scoring 43 off 38 balls. Apart from this, he took 3 wickets for 24 runs. After that, he took four wickets in the ODI series against India in Ahmedabad.
