Threat of being implicated in a false case Despite the permission letter issued by Returning Officer Gulab Chand for the campaign vehicles, the campaign vehicles are being stopped for hours by the policemen in the name of unnecessary checking. Police station in-charges are pressurizing SP supporting voters to campaign and vote in favor of BJP. If they refuse, they are being threatened with being implicated in a false case or being sent to jail. There is an atmosphere of fear among the voters. The model code of conduct is being openly violated.

SP District President said- Jitlal Pal from Mahuari Kala, Hariprasad of Mahuari and Akhilesh Pal of Padri police station area have been detained by the police. Pressure is being put on them by calling them to the police station spontaneously. When asked, it was said that it would be released soon, but it has not been released yet. The workers are being harassed in the police station without any reason. Despite written complaint to the District Election Officer, Returning Officer and Observer, no action was taken

Send all three police station in-charges out of the district Dehat police station in-charge Ajay Seth, Padri police station in-charge Dayashankar Ojha and Kachhwa police station in-charge Anjani Rai should be immediately transferred out of the district.
