All preparations have been completed for the devotees to take bath at Pachnad Sangam Ghat in Jalaun. Adequate arrangements for cleanliness, lighting and security have been made at the ghat. Maha Aarti and lamp donation will be organized on the evening of 14th November. Bathing will start from 4 am on 15th November.

According to religious beliefs, bathing in Pachnad on Kartik Purnima has special significance. In which many saints and devotees come to take bath. The administration has erected a fence at the ghat for this event.
Two motorboats and boats have been deployed. Strict security arrangements have been made. Control room, announcement through loudspeaker, change room for women, mobile toilet, drinking water, fire brigade and medical facilities have also been made available for the devotees.

The fair will be monitored through CCTV cameras. Policemen in plain clothes will be deployed to keep an eye on anti-social elements. Movement of heavy vehicles will remain closed during the fair. The route has been diverted. Sub-inspectors and policemen of the police station have been deployed at their duty places.
This time a naturally flat plain of sand has formed on the ghat, which is very convenient for bathing. The District Magistrate had made efforts to improve the condition of the ghat last year, but this year nature has made the ghat even more beautiful.
