A grand program was organized on the occasion of Shri Shyam Janmotsav in Shyam Mandir, Lucknow. Devotees danced to the hymns of Braj Dham lover Poonam. Shri Shyam Parivar General Secretary Rupesh Aggarwal said that on the occasion of Shri Shyam Janmotsav, a large number of devotees paid obeisance to Baba.

In the Bhajan evening, Sadhvi Poonam presented various bhajans in which she started with Shyam More Nainan Aage Rahiyo Bhajan. More than 2 dozen bhajans like Ye Dard Judai Ka were presented on which the devotees danced a lot.
Thousands of devotees attended the bhajan program.
MLA Dr. Neeraj Bora, who arrived as the chief guest at the program, said that it is a matter of good fortune for him to be receiving the blessings of Shri Shyam here. He said that it is the responsibility of all of us to preserve our religious and cultural things.
He said that our government is continuously promoting Indian culture and Sanatan Dharma. Countless development works have been done by the government at various religious places in the entire state including Lucknow.
