South Korean actor Song Jae Rim passed away on November 12 in Seoul. He wasn’t an active Instagram user.

South Korean actor Song Jae Rim was found dead in Seoul on Tuesday, November 12. The actor, best known for his role in ‘The Moon Embracing the Sun’, was 39 years old. The cause of death is still unknown. His shocking death has shaken the South Korean entertainment industry. Several actors and fans have mourned his sudden demise. Amid this, his last Instagram post has caught everyone’s attention. Song Jae Rim boasted of over 437K followers on Instagram and his last post dates back to January this year.

At the time, Song Jae Rim shared two selfies from his make-up room. The actor was seen wearing a black tee and seated at a dressing table while he clicked the photos. He shared the post with an emoji. The comments section of the post has been disabled. Check out the post below:

While the post has been catching everyone’s attention, his bio on Instagram also has everyone talking. His Instagram bio read, “Start of a long journey.” Multiple reports claim that the bio was changed in recent times. However, News18 Showsha couldn’t verify the claims.

According to Soompi, Song Jae Rim was found dead in an apartment in Seoul’s Seongdong District. The police investigation is under way and a ‘two-page letter’ was allegedly found at the scene. As per recent reports, the two-page letter is allegedly a will. The actor’s family is yet to react to the claims and his sudden death.

Meanwhile, the funeral is set to take place on Thursday, November 14. As per Xportsnews, the memorial will take place at the Yeouido St. Mary’s Hospital Funeral Hall. His younger sister has been listed as the chief mourner.

Song Jae Rim has starred in several K-dramas and movies after making his debut in 2009 with a project titled Actresses. His popularity catapult after he starred as the loyal bodyguard, Kim Jae-woon in The Moon Embracing the Sun. The show was headlined by Kim Soo-hyun.

This year, he was also seen in Queen Woo. He had two projects in the pipeline. These include I’ll Become Rich and Death Business.
