The case of conspiracy to carry out bomb blast in Aligarh railway station has turned out to be fake. The e-rickshaw driver who gave this information to the police had informed the police in an inebriated state. After which ATS along with RPF and local police also became active.

During investigation, the security agencies found that both the Kashmiri youth who said this were also innocent. This thing came to light after Gehna interrogated him, after which he was also released. At the same time, no connection of these youth has been found with AMU. However, no official statement has been issued by the security agencies in this regard yet.

ATS had also taken over the security of Aligarh railway station and started investigating the matter.

Information about the conspiracy was received on 8 November

On November 8, an e-rickshaw driver had informed the Bhamola outpost incharge of the Civil Lines police station area that he had heard two Kashmiri youths planning a bomb blast. The rickshaw puller had told the police that both the youths had come by train at around 10:30 pm on November 7.

After this he went to leave them. During this time he had heard that both of them were talking about bomb blast at the railway station. After coming to know about this from the e-rickshaw driver, the police swung into action. The security of the railway station was increased and ATS also took charge of the security and started investigation.

E-rickshaw driver is a drug addict

According to sources, ATS investigation has revealed that the e-rickshaw driver who informed the police is a drug addict. He had heard Kashmiri youth talking in an intoxicated state. He was joking and he gave this information to the police.

The matter was serious, so police and security agencies also became active. Both the youths were identified from CCTV and their search was started. On the basis of suspicion, their photos were also sent to AMU and help was sought. But these two youths had no connection with AMU.

Youths released after interrogation in Lucknow

According to sources, the e-rickshaw driver had recognized both the youths. After which ATS started searching for him and he was also taken into custody. After which he was taken to Lucknow and interrogated. In which it has come to light that they were joking among themselves.

After interrogating the youth, when the security agencies interrogated the e-rickshaw driver, it was found that he was a drug addict. After which this whole matter became clear. Only after this both the suspected Kashmiri youths were released by the security agencies.

However, local police officials have denied having any information regarding this. On the other hand, security agencies have also not released any official information.
