District Magistrate Ajay Kumar Dwivedi took stock along with the officials.

The administration is on alert regarding the security of the grand fair of Sitadwar which will run for 3 days from 15th November in Shravasti. DM and SP briefed the police, administrative officers and employees on duty. Everyone was directed to stay in the fair area.

District Magistrate Ajay Kumar Dwivedi directed all the officers and employees to ensure that the devotees coming to the fair should get all kinds of facilities and no one should face any inconvenience. He also stressed the special need to strengthen security, traffic control and emergency arrangements.

Instructions to employees to perform duty cautiously Superintendent of Police Ghanshyam Chaurasia appealed to the employees to discharge their responsibilities cautiously. He said- Everyone should be alert at their designated points and should not be negligent in any way while on duty.

Police will be deployed in plain uniform Any obscene dance will be banned in the cultural programs organized within the fair area. Apart from this, based on the experience of previous fairs, instructions have been given to keep the parking barrier system complete. In view of the safety of the visitors, instructions have been given to install CCTV cameras in the fair. Along with this, instructions have also been given to deploy intelligence police and plainclothes men and women police on duty.
