Hamza Mahmood, resident of GTB Nagar in Kareli, has given a complaint that he is the owner of Khansama restaurant located in Civil Lines. While opening the restaurant in 2016, his acquaintance Mohammad Mahmood Siddiqui, resident of Rajapur, said that at present my water business is going poorly. On this, the victim hired the accused as a manager at a salary of Rs 30,000 per month. Seeing that the restaurant was doing very well, Mahmood’s intentions started deteriorating. The accused started embezzling money.
On this Hamza fired him from the job. Due to this, the accused started harboring grudge against Mahmood Hamza. Whenever he met me anywhere, he would stop the car and threaten me to let me run his restaurant or make me a 25 percent partner. Hamza alleges that on the evening of November 2, he left his children at his home in Kareli and was going to Bakshi Moda for some work. Then Mehmood along with another friend chased him in a white car. Went ahead and stopped the car. Mahmood landed with his partner and threatened that if you want to run a restaurant inside civil lines, then pay Rs 50 thousand per month or keep a partner. Otherwise I will kill you. The accused also beat Hamza and snatched his phone and threw it on the ground. Kareli police have registered a case based on the complaint and are investigating.
