Due to dense fog, the air of entire West UP cities including Meerut deteriorated on Wednesday. Meerut’s AQI increased to 307. At the same time, due to fog the day temperature dropped by 5 degrees. Now the maximum temperature is 25 degrees Celsius.

UP Shahi, meteorologist of Sardar Patel Agricultural University, said – There has been a change in the weather due to dense fog on Wednesday. The weather will remain dry till 17th November. The effect of fog is likely to last till November 15. Due to snowfall on the mountains, its effect will be seen here. By the third week the feeling of cold will increase. The night temperature will drop by four degrees.
On Wednesday, the maximum temperature of the day was recorded at the weather office at 25.3 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was 17.1 degrees Celsius.
