Police have registered a case against four people including Amit Ahlawat, village head of village Bhainsi of Khatauli police station area of Muzaffarnagar, under various sections including SACST Act. Police is engaged in action.

While filing the case, Sonia, daughter of Mukesh, a resident of village Bhainsi, said that on November 9, people of Valmiki community were taking the dead body to the cremation ground. Meanwhile, on the way, village head Amit Ahlawat, his associates Akash, Shiva, Sanju and four unknown people forcibly stopped the funeral procession.
Insulted with caste related words The village head warned not to perform the last rites in the cremation ground. During this, he was insulted with caste related words. Whose information was given to the police and tehsil officials. The officials reached the village and tried to convince the said people.
case filed The allegation is that in the presence of the officers, he used caste related words to the plaintiff’s father. Police have registered a case in this matter. CO Ram Ashish Yadav said that a case has been registered on the basis of the complaint. He said that investigation into the matter has been started. Whatever facts emerge on the basis of investigation, further action will be taken against the accused accordingly.
