India has been leading the T20I series against South Africa after their victory in the third match in Centurion. The Men in Blue need one more win in two matches to wrap up the tour on a triumphant note. The fourth T20I between India and South Africa is slated to be played at the Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg on November 15. The Indian batting unit featuring young talents like Abhishek Sharma and Tilak Varma has been quite dominant in this T20I series. The visitors were able to post a 200-plus score in two of the previous three games. The second T20I turned out to be a low-scoring clash which South Africa won by three wickets.
Powered by a century by Tilak Varma, India produced 219 runs in 20 overs at a loss of six wickets. Abhishek Sharma also put up a blazing show and registered 50 off just 25 balls before falling victim to Keshav Maharaj. The South African batters also had a good outing. Marco Jansen struck four boundaries and five sixes to score 54 in just 17 deliveries. Despite his commendable performance, the hosts, however, failed to save the match. They must win the next game to keep the series alive.
