Kavi Sammelan was organized on the last day of Braj Raj Utsav.
The ongoing 11-day Braj Raj Utsav at the Railway Ground in Dhauli Pyau, Mathura ended with a cultural program and poet’s conference. Nationally renowned poets like lyricist Vishnu Saxena, Dinesh Raghuvanshi and Manveer Madhur were present in it.

Under the joint aegis of Uttar Pradesh Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad, Central Culture Ministry, Tourism Department and District Administration, the 11-day Braj Raj Utsav was organized at the railway ground located at Dhauli Pyau. The Kavi Sammelan organized on Friday, the last day of the festival, started with the lighting of the lamp.
While conducting the Kavi Sammelan, poet Ram Sarin invited Mamta Sharma who came from Agra. Mamta Sharma started with Maa Hamare Desh Ka Vikas Ho Sharde Maa Vandana Suno. Oj poet Manveer Madhur from Mathura started his poem with Jeevan Mein Pyaar Karo To Itna Karo. After this, he presented verses on Ram and recited poetry on Krishna’s land. Read poems like Bharti Shero, breaking the circle of peace will become destructive for the enemy, when the scriptures fail, one has to wake up the weapon etc.

Poet Priyanshu Gajendra, who came from Awadh, sang other poems including Hum Hain Anari and Pyaar Ki Hard Raah. Hemant Pandey, Sarvesh Asthana recited humorous poetry. Mumtaz Naseem: I am an ocean of fragrances of love, I had just come out of this earth, I had not thought that we would meet, but there was a huge applause. On this occasion, CEO Shyam Bahadur Singh recited the poem Still Main Wahain Hoon. The entire pandal was filled with the fragrance of Dr. Vishnu Saxena’s songs. His song ‘Hum Badle To Kaha Bewafa Woh Badle To Majboori Hai’ garnered huge applause. After this, he won everyone’s heart by singing songs like Upvan Upvan Ghooma Phir Bhi Mann Ki Gali Nahi Mili, Mann Tumhara Jab Kabhi Ho To Chale Aana etc. . Shabina Adeem presided over the poetry conference while reciting poetry.

On this occasion, Shyam Bahadur Singh, CEO of Uttar Pradesh Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad, presented his book for a response and a book compiled on Meerabai to all the poets as a welcome honour. On this occasion, former MLA Pandit Hukum Chand Tiwari, Naveen Mittal, Deputy CEO Satish Chandra, Vipra OSD Prasun Dwivedi, Finance Officer Vijay Singh, entrepreneur Pawan Chaturvedi, Sandeep Arora, Chintaharan Chaturvedi, Pradeep Goswami etc. were present.
Before this, a cultural presentation took place on the stage of Braj Raj Utsav. Maharas happened under the direction of Ganga Rani Chaturvedi. Dinesh Pal Singh and Neha Sharma, Shri Manjari Group presented bhajans. Devika S. Devendra, who received the status of Minister of State, presented Kathak dance. Ragini Srivastava performed dance and recital by Nityanjali Foundation.
