Ravi Kumar, a sanitation worker posted in Gram Panchayat Bhabhar Keshavpur of Block Bharkhani, went to the District Panchayat Raj office and asked for his salary slip in front of the employees. On this the office clerk clearly demanded Rs 500 or two bundles of printer paper. In the video, the female employee is also heard saying, “Give the money or ask for the paper, then we will give the slip.”
