The Kartik Purnima bathing fair was inaugurated by Mahant Devya Giri of Mankameshwar Temple in the memory of Chhote Lal Yadav.

This fair was given a small format in 1984 by late Chhote Lal Yadav, father of former MLA Rajendra Yadav. This fair which lasts for four days is an example of Ganga-Jamuni culture.
Special guests in the program included former MLA Rajendra Yadav, Honey Yadav, Suresh Yadav, Anil Yadav, Ram Swaroop Yadav, Pradhan Vijay Singh Yadav, Ramsagar Yadav, Devi Prasad Yadav, former MLA Mohanlalganj, Amrish Pushkar. Rakesh Srivastava magician enthralls the fair. Kavi Sammelan has been organized on 16 November 2024 at 6:00 pm. Its chief guest will be India’s eminent poet Uday Pratap alias Guru Ji. The main organizer of the program was the wife of former MLA Rajendra Yadav and the program was organized by Vandana Yadav, wife of Suresh Yadav.
