3 major negligence of Jhansi accident
- The children were kept in NICU. It had two parts. There was a critical care unit inside. This is where most children have died. Because there was only one way for entry and exit. Which was filled with smoke. Rescue could not be done.
- Fire alarm systems were installed in the hospital, but they did not ring after the fire. According to the source, the system was not maintained. If the alarm had been raised, more children could have been saved.
