Boundary wall built on government land instead of committee land According to Poonam Agarwal, wife of Manoj Agarwal, resident of Vinay Khand, she is a member of Bahujan Nirbal Varg Cooperative Housing Society Limited. Poonam alleges that on January 31, 2018, the deed of a committee land was done for Rs 7.94 lakh. The then president Praveen Singh Bafila and Ramvriksh Yadav took money to build the boundary wall on that land. Instead of the committee land, they got a boundary wall and gate installed on the adjacent land. Later it was learned that these people had constructed on government land. On which the Executive Engineer of LDA has already filed a case. On this, husband Praveen Singh asked Ramvriksh Yadav and Lakhan Singh Baliyani to get possession of the rightful land, but they started procrastinating. The then president Praveen Singh Bafila, former secretary Lakhan Singh Baliani and former vice president Ramvriksh Yadav have grabbed the money.

Bank accounts were opened by preparing fake documents Poonam Aggarwal also alleges that Praveen Singh was the elected director, but he has written Beneficial Director in opening the bank account. Whereas Lakhan Singh Baliani prepared forged documents for operating the bank accounts, got the accounts opened and showed himself to be the director. According to Gomtinagar Extension Police, FIR has been registered on the orders of ACP. Further action will be taken based on evidence.
