On the other hand, a meeting of the Permanent Security Committee of Srikashi Vishwanath Dham was held in the Divisional Commissioner Auditorium, in which it was decided that maximum use of technology should be made in the security arrangements. To strengthen the security arrangements of Vishwanath Dham, bullet proof vehicles will be made available from the government level. Emphasis will be laid on mock drills to strengthen the security arrangements. Security personnel will be trained for polite behavior towards devotees.
It was told by Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust that on the holy festival of Dev Diwali, there was a huge increase in the number of devotees in Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham, after this there was a long queue of devotees on consecutive Saturdays also. Thousands of devotees entered every hour from all the gates, due to which elaborate arrangements were made. For this reason, keeping security and order in mind, Sparsh Darshan of Baba Vishwanath will be completely banned on 17th November for the third consecutive day.
SDM Vishwanath Dham said- People have made online booking on Dev Diwali several days in advance. In such a situation, Sparsh Darshan and online booking in the temple was closed till 16. The Trust has appealed to the devotees to stand in the darshan queue to have darshan of Baba and cooperate with the administration in maintaining the order.

Online darshan and online aarti ticket booking in Srikashi Vishwanath Dham will also remain closed till 16th. All slots are full till 16th November. SDM Shambhu Sharan said- There will be no online booking of any kind in Baba Vishwanath’s Dham on Dev Diwali. This process in the temple includes Sugam Darshan, 4 Hour Aarti, virtual and offline Rudrabhishek, Katha Sanyasi food, all types of puja, adornment and any kind of ritual will not be able to be booked online. There is no vacant slot in online mode.
