Late Saturday evening in Mau, two bikes collided at Madhuban turn under Ghosi area. After the accident, both the bikers crowded together and started fighting in the middle of the road. Meanwhile, a bike rider Shoaib and his companion attacked another person with a sharp weapon.

After this, the police reached the spot and took the injured to the local health center and admitted them, where when Sukhu’s condition became serious, the doctor referred him to the district hospital. Meanwhile, the family members of Sukhu, who was injured in the knife attack, reached the hospital along with other villagers. He lost his temper after seeing the condition of the injured.
The angry mob also pelted stones at the police Hundreds of villagers arrived outside the health center and started pelting stones at the health center. As soon as the policemen reached there during the stone pelting, the angry crowd started pelting stones at the police also. CO Dinesh Dutt Mishra and police station incharge Rajkumar Singh were injured in this. After which the police used force and removed the crowd from there.
Angry people blocked the main road As soon as the police tried to overpower the angry crowd, the angry people blocked the main road. After about 3 hours, after persuasion by the police and administrative officials, people calmed down and retreated from the road. The angry villagers were assured by the officials that strict action would be taken against the accused and the injured would be provided better treatment.
Commissioner and DIG reached the spot After this incident, DM Praveen Mishra and SP Ilamaran ji till late night. Along with Commissioner Manish Chauhan and DIG Baibhav Krishna also reached the spot. He along with other officers took stock of the situation till late night and prepared a strategy for action while sitting in the police station. Meanwhile, the police have registered a case against the main accused Soyeb and his associate in the knife attack incident.
Case registered against the accused On the complaint of Sharda Devi, mother of injured Sukhu, Ghosi police has registered a case against Shoaib and other accused under sections 3(5), 118(1) and 109 of BNS and arrested one accused. Here, continuous meetings of police and administrative officials are going on. After the entire incident, now the police is seen in alert and action mode. Now it remains to be seen how the police takes further action in this matter.
