In Rampur, the family in a car which was going to the Hakike (Mundan) ceremony of Khalre Bhai’s children was hit hard by an unknown truck in front of Chandpur Mongol intersection on Kundarki bypass. The young car driver died in the accident. While his wife and two daughters were seriously injured.

Rashid, a resident of Saifni town of Rampur, was going to Moradabad with his wife Firoza and two daughters Saba and Anam in the haqee (mundan) of his cousin’s children. When he reached Chandpur Mongol intersection on Kundarki bypass by car, a speeding truck hit the car. Seeing the accident, people standing nearby ran to help. Rashid (40) was driving the car. Wife Firoza was sitting in front. Both the daughters were sitting at the back of the car. The car was damaged due to the collision with the truck and there was an outcry on the highway.
Passersby tried to rescue the family trapped in the car. The police reached the spot with the help of passers-by and took out the injured people trapped in the car and sent them to Kundarki CHC. Rashid died on the way to the hospital. The condition of wife Firoza and two daughters remains critical. The police informed the family members about the accident. On receiving information the family members reached the hospital. The police took the body into custody and sent it for postmortem.
