After the Diwali festival, seminar, worship of Lord Chitragupta and cultural evening was organized under the aegis of Vishwa Kayastha Sansthan Lucknow Unit. Invited representatives from various districts of Uttar Pradesh and other states of the country participated on this occasion.

During the program, the institute presented details of the efforts made in the last one year for the interests of Kayastha community and the deprived class.
Chiranjeevi Nath Sinha and Rashmi Narayan were specially honored for their achievement of upgradation from the Provincial Police Service to the Indian Police Service (IPS) cadre this year.
President of the institute, Alok Ranjan, retired Justice Vishnu Sahay and Sudhir Saxena inspired the Kayastha community to organize and ensure active participation in Indian politics. He highlighted the long term effects of social unity and political participation.

Many participants gave captivating performances during the cultural evening. Surabhi Mohan made the atmosphere devotional with her bhajan presentation.
AK Srivastava presented the song “Pyaar Ka Sagar Hai”. Sangeeta Nigam enthralled the audience by singing “Yeh Raatein Ye Mausam, Nadi Ka Kinara”.
Child artist Ch. Shaurya Mohan mesmerized everyone with his melodious rendition of the song “Tumhare The, Tumhare Hain”.
Institute’s Vice President Rajiv Pradhan, Secretary Sanjay Kumar and State Coordinator Sunil Kumar Srivastava were present in the program.
