Due to the death of the pregnant woman, the family members started crying and crying.
A pregnant woman and her unborn child died in a private hospital located on Agra Road in Sasnigate police station area of Aligarh. When the family members came to know about the death, they started creating ruckus alleging negligence in treatment. People also vandalized inside the hospital

A large number of people gathered in the hospital and started creating ruckus. After which Sasanigate police reached the spot and pacified the people. The family members alleged that there was negligence in the treatment and when the pregnant woman went into labor, the female doctor was not present at that time. The nurse was giving treatment to the pregnant woman. Due to which death has occurred.

Was the wife of a hardware businessman
Pawan Gupta, resident of Mendu town of Hathras, is a hardware businessman. His 35-year-old wife Ruby was pregnant and he had admitted her to Dr. Anjula Bhargava’s hospital on Agra Road, Aligarh for delivery. The woman was admitted on 15 November.
Family members said that they were ready for the operation, but they were assured of a normal delivery. After which he was waiting. When the pregnant woman went into labor on the evening of 16 November, there was no doctor in the hospital at that time. The nurse provided treatment and the doctor came after 1 hour. Due to which the pregnant woman died.
There was an uproar in the hospital for several hours and the police somehow pacified the people.
The commotion continued for several hours
After the death of the pregnant woman, there was an uproar in the hospital for several hours and the family members kept demanding action. There was an uproar in front of the police too, after which the police somehow pacified the people. They were assured of action, after which the family members calmed down. After hours of uproar, the family members returned to Hathras with the dead body of the woman and her child. According to the police, no complaint has been given by them yet.
After a lot of effort the police was able to pacify the people.
Family refused post mortem
CO I Abhay Kumar Pandey said that on receiving information about the uproar, the police immediately reached the spot. The family members were pacified. He told that the family was not ready for post-mortem and returned back to Hathras with the body. On receiving the complaint, a case will be registered and further strict action will be taken on the basis of investigation.
