A Mandi Committee employee died after being hit by a train in Alamnagar, Lucknow. He was returning from office when he became victim of the incident. Informed the family using the identity card found from him. Police reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it for postmortem.

Krishna Gopal Sharma (43), son of Ram Kishore Sharma, resident of Sanduria Bagh Sandila Hardoi, used to work in Mandi Committee. Lived with wife Vandana and two daughters in Model City, Mohan Road, Para, Lucknow. Was posted in Rae Bareli Jais. Was returning on Saturday at around 11 pm. Then while crossing the Alamnagar-Kakori railway track, they collided with an unknown train. Due to which he died on the spot.
The family members were informed through the identity card found with them. The police have conducted post-mortem of the dead body and handed it over to the family members. Inspector Para says that the family members have called it an accident. No apprehension of any kind has been expressed.
Death of Moradabad youth
Jayant, a resident of Uttarakhand, used to work as a labourer. Jayant had come to Lucknow from Moradabad a few days ago. Jayant was found in injured condition near Dharmanagari canal late Saturday evening. The police took him to the hospital for treatment. Where he died during treatment. The family members were informed through the paper found with Jayant.
On Sunday, the police conducted the post-mortem of the body. Inspector Satish Sahu said that Jayant had injury marks on his face and was intoxicated. Was injured by falling or colliding with a vehicle. No complaint letter has been received.
