Ayub Ali, 35, a resident of Bhuta village of Bhuta police station area of ​​Bareilly district, was returning after dropping his passengers till Banda on Sunday evening. Didn’t get any ride while returning. On the way, an unknown vehicle hit his Eeco hard. The collision was so strong that Ayub Ali died on the spot.

The deceased’s wife Sabzadi had talked to Ayub on phone some time before the accident. He asked Ayub to return home quickly. Ayub had told that he could not find passengers, hence he was coming straight home. But after 15 minutes the police informed about the accident.

Family members angry over delay in post mortem

The relatives of the deceased reached the post-mortem house in the night itself, but the post-mortem did not start till 2 pm the next day. Ranu, brother-in-law of the deceased, alleged that the doctors did not come on time and the documents related to Ayub also did not reach on time.

The family members expressed their displeasure, calling it serious negligence. Police have sent the body for post-mortem and investigation into the incident is ongoing. An unknown vehicle and driver are being searched.
