Assault for demanding toll tax
When the toll plaza employees asked for toll tax from the driver, three bouncers abused the employees. When toll employee Pawan Rathi protested, the three bouncers beat him up. On raising noise, other employees came. Caught all three bouncers. On receiving information about uproar and fighting, Partapur police reached the spot. All three bouncers were caught and taken to the police station. Gaurav Lamba also reached the police station. For a long time, efforts to reach a compromise continued on both sides. Later, toll employee Shyam Thakur lodged a case of assault against Pradeep, Anup resident of Sector 84 Gurugram, Mohit resident of Sector 49 Ballabhgarh. Police arrested all three and issued challan. Gaurav Lamba left silently. SP City Ayush Vikram Singh said that Gaurav Lamba’s bouncers beat up the toll employee, in which case a report was filed and action was taken. His car has also been seized.
