The Agriculture Minister said that 30 percent of the fertilizer available to the private sector will go to cooperatives. To stop black marketing, Agriculture Department officials will verify the stock available in private sector and cooperative shops.

17368 metric Ton DAP Varanasi Board In Available
While talking to the media, the Agriculture Minister said that 5331 metric tonnes of DAP is available in the cooperative sector of Varanasi division and 12038 metric tonnes of DAP is available in the private sector i.e. a total of 17368 metric tonnes of DAP. In Varanasi division, 655 metric tons of NPK is available with the cooperative sector and 9797 metric tons of NPK is available with the private sector.
