Statement given in 2013

He has filed a complaint alleging that on October 24, 2013, when Rahul Gandhi was addressing an election rally in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, Rahul Gandhi, who was the MP from Amethi, made indecent remarks against a particular community. It is alleged that during the speech, while referring to the 2013 Muzaffarnagar riots, Rahul Gandhi had given the statement that Muslim youth were in contact with Pakistani intelligence agency ISI. Due to which Muslims across the country were viewed with suspicion.

The complainant’s statement in the case had been made till now

At that time Rahul Gandhi was also the National Vice President of Congress. The complaint was filed in the CJM court 11 years ago. Till now only the statement of the complainant was taken in the case. On Tuesday he presented witness Raja Ram Upadhyay in the court. Whose statements were written. Instructions have been given to present the remaining evidence on the next appearance.
