Arjun Kapoor who often impresses the audience with his raw and wild persona is also a motorsports fan. The actor recently enjoyed a fun-filled day at the Indian Racing Festival, and shared some speed-filled moments from the tracks. He is the owner of the Speed Demons, Delhi team of the Indian Racing Festival.
In a viral video, the actor could be seen enjoying some thrilling races, signing autographs, driving a race car and taking photographs with fans. Sharing his video from the race track, Arjun Kapoor wrote, “What a season it’s been! Full of adrenaline, speed, and incredible moments on and off the track. Can’t wait to do it all again next season! #SpeedMeetsSpirit #IndianRacingFestival.”
Arjun looked dapper in his rough, fully bearded look. He sported an orange IRF jersey over black jeans. For the accessories, he went for white shoes and silver studs.
Meanwhile, the actor is currently basking in the success of his current film Singham Again. Arjun Kapoor has been receiving praise for his menacing portrayal as the antagonist Danger Lanka. Talking about this recent achievement, he said “The response to Danger Lanka has been nothing short of heartening; fans seem to enjoy this raw, unapologetic side of me. I owe it to the audience for embracing this transformation and joining me on this journey,” during an interview with news agency IANS.
Arjun also noted that the raw and unhinged side of his character reminded him of his Bollywood debut Ishaqzaade in 2012. Sharing his thoughts, he said that every role shapes an actor and this one reminded him of the fire that started it all, (referring to Ishaqzaade).
He reflected, “Coming back with a character like Danger Lanka feels like I’m connecting to the roots of where my career began, since I played Parma in Ishaqzaade, another intense role.” Arjun also expressed gratitude to Rohit Shetty for “trusting” him with the character of Danger Lanka.
Singham Again featuring Ajay Devgn Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh became Rohit Shetty’s 10th and fastest film to enter the Rs 100 Crore club. The Ramayana-inspired story is the fifth installment of Shetty’s cop universe which includes films such as Singham, Simmba and Sooryavanshi.
