On the information of the informer, the police arrested two accused including Kotedar. Police have recovered a pistol, cartridges and a car from the accused. The wall of the house of a disabled person living in Kuria Kala, a resident of Thana Kant area, was broken by the promise Kotedar Jageshwar alias Jaggu Mishra, living in the village, along with his associates. After that the accused entered the victim’s house and beat him up. The victim alleged in his complaint that he tore his wife’s clothes and also insulted her. During the assault, the accused had also fired from the pistol.

On the basis of the complaint, the police registered an FIR and started investigation. On the basis of police evidence, they started searching for the accused Kotdar and his associates. On the information of the informer, the police arrested the accused Kotedar Jageshwar alias Jaggu Mishra and his associate Sonu from near Gurthana. Police have recovered a pistol, cartridges and a car from the accused.

On questioning, the accused Kotedar told that he had assaulted the family while breaking the wall. He was fired due to being under the influence of alcohol. Police have started further action.
