On the day of voting in Meerapur Assembly seat last Wednesday, due to the strictness of the police force in Muslim dominated areas and the chaos after the clash in Kakrauli, the vote percentage of Muslim booths was low at many places. Opposition at the political level, this is because the bridge was built at the behest of the government.

Voters of village Jeevanpuri showed maximum voting in Meerapur seat. While 91.92 percent voters cast their votes at a single polling booth in this village, the enthusiasm of the voters at booth number 93 of Kishanpur village remained subdued. Only 29.11 percent voting took place here. Due to more than 50 percent voting in 60 booths and less than 40 percent voting in 15 booths, the result regarding victory and defeat here will be known only on the basis of distribution of votes among small parties.

Total 57.10 percent voting took place So far, on the basis of low voting in Muslim areas, the possibility of victory of BJP-RLD alliance here is being considered stronger, but the results can also be shocking. A total of 57.10 percent voting took place in Meerapur seat. Out of 324571 voters registered here, 185322 voters cast their votes on the polling day on Wednesday. Of these, 101136 out of 171912 male voters, 85284 out of 152644 female voters and 02 out of 15 other voters have cast their votes.

Lowest voting in Kishanpur Maximum 91.92 percent votes were cast in booth number 284 Junior High School of village Jeevanpuri. This is the only booth in the village, out of 668 voters registered here, 614 cast their votes, which includes 326 male and 288 female voters, while the lowest voting took place at booth number 93 of Kishanpur. Out of 1223 voters registered here, 356 votes were cast, out of which 219 male and 137 female voters cast their votes.
