Neha Sharma’s Strength Training And Pilates

For Neha Sharma, who is indeed a fitness enthusiast, the gym is a “Happy Place”. Earlier in an interview with ETimes, the actress shed light on her workout regime, saying, “It is a mix of weight training and Pilates. Weight training twice a week, Pilates every alternate day and functional once a week. I try and run for at least 15 minutes daily or jump rope.” Not to forget, the actress’ athleisure wear prove gym outfits can be stylish too.

Besides strength training and pilates, Neha Sharma loves practising meditation and different yoga poses. The benefits of yoga are not limited to physical fitness but contribute to mental health as well.

When not in the mood for intense training, Neha Sharma enjoys dancing, ensuring both fitness and fun at the same time. On various occasions, the actress has mentioned that she is trained in classical dancing and also “took classes in street hip hop, Latin dancing-salsa, merengue, jive and jazz at Pineapple studios in London.”

Neha Sharma’s Diet

Besides physical activities, what Neha Sharma swears by for her fitness is a proper diet. The actor, in the same interview with ETimes, revealed that her breakfast usually is a mixed fruit bowl, eggs or oats and a glass of orange juice. When craving for sugar in the morning, she eats blueberry pancakes with maple syrup. For lunch, she incorporates a small portion of green vegetables, protein and brown rice or roti. It is followed by a cup of green tea with a light sandwich in the evening and an early dinner comprising a carrot and pumpkin soup or a chicken clear soup.

Neha Sharma’s Ice Bathing

Taking it a notch higher, Neha Sharma also attempts Ice Bath, providing a glimpse of the same on Instagram. In a video, she is seen entering a tub wearing a black swimsuit. Due to the extreme cold, she wanted to get out but managed to sit for a while. Later, she was fully immersed in the ice-cold water, with only her face above the water. The actress stayed in the tub for almost three and a half minutes.
