The branch of Suguna Foods Private Limited Company in Shahjahanpur deals with poultry farming. The company makes a written contract with the interested farmers and gives them the responsibility of rearing the chickens by giving them chicks. The branch manager lodged a complaint in Khudaganj police station and said that he had signed a written contract with Rambhajan and Sunil Kumar of Barora village. On October 5, 2400 chickens were given to Rambhajan to be reared in the poultry farm. Similarly, 2948 chicks were given to Sunil. 36 days were completed on 10 November. The weight of the reared chickens had reached two kilos. The same night, both of them sent a video to the supervisor of the company and informed that there was a fire in the poultry farm.

Allegation of fraud of Rs 11 lakh

When branch manager Jitendra Kumar inspected the poultry farm along with other employees on November 11, 100 chickens each were burnt in both the poultry farms. But other chickens were made missing by the farmers. The victim said that the missing chickens were worth lakhs. In this way, both of them together have defrauded the company of Rs 11 lakh.

Police registered FIR The victim branch manager filed a complaint to register a case of fraud against the accused. Khudaganj police station in-charge said that on the basis of the complaint, an FIR has been registered and the matter is being investigated. The police is thoroughly investigating this incident and is trying to catch the accused soon.
