Diljit Dosanjh has been on a performance spree thanks to his Dil-Luminati tour. The singer has been ruling hearts with his electrifying shows in Delhi, Jaipur and Hyderabad. After concluding his concert in Ahmedabad, the Punjabi singer has Lucknow and Pune on the cards before moving to other cities. As the Diljit fever is on, a content creator decided to pull a prank on his fans, who mistook him for the singer. And we must say that it really went as planned.

Fitness trainer and content creator Simarjeet Singh dressed as Diljit Dosanjh and pretended to be the singer on Pune streets. As he walked past, Singh made sure to turn heads with his uncanny resemblance. He put on a bandana tied around his mouth and wore sunglasses so that he is not recognizable. In addition, two bouncers who appeared like his security personnel tagged along and this made the whole episode more believable.

After posing with them, Singh also greeted them and shook hands.

The fun video was shared with a caption, “Woh dekho camera.” Soon, the internet community rallied to drop their comments. A person hilariously wrote, “Are Diljit mere sath workout karta tha.” Someone also noted, “Simran you are stiff and Daljit is like wave/water….but it worked nicely.”

Diljit Dosanjh kick-started his Dil-Luminati Tour in India following his concerts across the US, Canada and Europe. The singer is set to perform in Lucknow on November 22 and in Pune on November 24. Then, he will travel to Kolkata for a show on November 30, then in Bengaluru on December 6. His next concerts are slated to take place in Indore on December 8 and Chandigarh on December 14. Diljit will wrap up his tour with a stellar performance in Guwahati on December 29.
