Samajwadi Party workers in Rae Bareli district paid tribute to their leader Mulayam Singh Yadav on the occasion of his death anniversary. The program started by offering floral tributes to his statue. After this, Samajwadi Party workers started various social services.

In the first phase of the program, hundreds of Samajwadi Party workers gathered and distributed fruits to the patients admitted in the men’s and women’s hospitals of Rae Bareli. Along with this, a blood donation camp was also organized in the blood bank, where the workers donated blood voluntarily. A civil honor ceremony was also organized in Rae Bareli under the auspices of Samajwadi Party. In this program, people who have rendered notable services in various fields were honoured.

Rae Bareli Samajwadi Party District President Virendra Yadav tried to convey the contribution of Mulayam Singh Yadav to the public. He said that Mulayam Singh was a great socialist and farmer leader of North India. His political career started as an MLA in Uttar Pradesh, and he made an important mark in the politics of the state in a very short time.

Referring to the works of Mulayam Singh, Virendra Yadav said that he took many important steps for the upliftment of the Other Backward Class society in Uttar Pradesh. Mulayam Singh is recognized as a secular leader and his party Samajwadi Party is considered to be the largest party in Uttar Pradesh.

Mulayam Singh Yadav has made an important contribution to the politics of Uttar Pradesh. He promoted the ideology of socialism and became a strong voice for the people of Yadav community. In 2012, Samajwadi Party got an absolute majority in the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly election, and Akhilesh Yadav was elected as the Chief Minister.

Mulayam Singh Yadav started his political career after being inspired by a wrestling competition in Mainpuri. He first became MLA from Jaswant Nagar and then also participated in the Lok Sabha elections in Uttar Pradesh. He was elected from Mainpuri Lok Sabha in 1996 and became the Union Defense Minister. Mulayam Singh’s political journey was a struggle, but he always maintained socialist ideology.
