Allahabad High Court approved the bail application of Chhota alias Chhota Sunil and Pradeep of Muzaffarnagar police station Jhinjhana, who are serving life imprisonment on charges of kidnapping and murder. The court said that the accused have served 15 years of imprisonment. He filed an appeal against the sentence in 2014

This order has been given by the division bench of Justice AK Sangwan and Justice MAH Idrisi after hearing the counsel for the accused. They said that a missing report of the victim was lodged, but there is no evidence of her last being seen with the accused.
The sessions court has sentenced on the basis of circumstantial evidence. There is no possibility of early hearing of the appeal. Saudan Singh should be released on bail under the guidelines of the case. While granting bail, the court has ordered the petitioners to deposit the fine amount in the court within three months.
